刮板链条常见的故障:A 链条太松，与沥青混合料相刮碰。B 沥青混合料中混入钢筋等杂物，将链条卡死，使刮板不能转动。C 摊铺机底板连接螺栓松动或底板开裂翘曲，将刮板输料器卡死。D 右侧刮板链条断裂。E 刮板链条前后两端轴承损坏。一般是因为轴承外面的油封和尘封套损坏，沥青混合料进入后，引起刮板卡死或阻力过大，致使轴承损坏传动链条材料为优质的合金钢材。
