梅花垫特性:梅花垫是用联轴器中间起到减震、绝缘、缓冲传递扭矩之作用。

爪型联轴器国内通常称为“梅花型联轴器”。由两个全等铝制或钢制的爪形轴套，在圆周方向上相互错开半个齿距，其间装有一个预应力的渐开线梅花形弹性体，弹性体内的预应力可保证正、反向传动无齿隙，定位。同时，梅花型弹性体可以吸收传动中产生的振动。爪型联轴器中的弹性体可以减震，同时这种扭向刚性联轴器保证的定位。
