答案一：1 测绝缘电阻, 2 测电流,测电压,计算电流是否小于等于每千瓦4.5A,若大于则电加热管质量差 3 用欧姆档测通断

答案二：有万用表测量电阻档位，测量加热丝电阻值。是0或者无穷大就坏了，正常应该是几十欧姆或100多一点
